As Manna Volunteers, under the guidance of our chef kitchen manager we will be washing, chopping, making tomato sauce, ratatouille, blanching vegetables and roasting eggplant. All of this will be frozen. Sales of our products will subsidize the cost of providing this healthy food for Manna Food Center’s clients in need.
