Thawing Farm to Freezer Pouch Bags

To thaw our products, immerse a pouch in a bowl of cold water for 20 minutes or place package in a bowl and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature–because of food safety. If you are in a hurry, you can thaw the package under warm water to loosen food from pouch. Then, open the bag and pour frozen contents into a microwave safe bowl. Cover partially and microwave to defrost fully.
